From math
to revenue.

I started in applied mathematics and Python automation. Then I spent three years learning how revenue actually works, by managing it. Today I lead a team of up to 10 account managers at Openfair, overseeing 200+ clients generating $55K to $67K in monthly recurring revenue, with churn consistently below 10%.

But the number I'm most proud of isn't on my resume. It's the fact that the churn-prediction system I built, alone and from scratch, is still the one my team uses every day.

I see revenue as a system, not a hustle. People as patterns, not personalities. And I believe the best account managers aren't the ones who close hard. They're the ones who never let things break in the first place.

I built a churn prediction system that's still in use.

When I joined Openfair, accounts were slipping through the cracks because nothing watched them between interactions. I built a system in Airtable, solo and from scratch, that tracks three early warning signals: communication frequency, payment delays, and time since the last meaningful interaction. When an account crosses a threshold, its status changes automatically. Today it's how my team makes sure no follow-up is ever forgotten.

I coached a struggling AM into a strong performer.

One of my team members was missing targets and starting to lose confidence. We rebuilt their week from scratch: structured cadences, clearer priorities, and weekly 1:1s focused on what they were actually stuck on, not surface metrics. Within a few months, they were among the team's strongest performers. Coaching turnaround is the hardest skill in management. I take it seriously.

I found a pattern in the data that changed how we sold.

By analyzing patterns across our pipeline, I spotted a behavioral signal nobody had noticed, one that quietly predicted whether a buyer would close or stall. We adjusted our approach around it. Read the signals: communication rhythm, tone shifts, what someone doesn't say. The data is always there.

You can't fix someone's tactics if you haven't understood their blockers. Coaching is diagnosis first.

Every concession compounds. Negotiate like the rest of the year depends on it, because it does.
