I built a churn prediction system that's still in use.
When I joined Openfair, accounts were slipping through the cracks because nothing watched them between interactions. I built a system in Airtable, solo and from scratch, that tracks three early warning signals: communication frequency, payment delays, and time since the last meaningful interaction. When an account crosses a threshold, its status changes automatically. Today it's how my team makes sure no follow-up is ever forgotten.
